Hello. My name is Tyler. I have 10 nieces and nephews and love doing anything outdoors. I am always looking for an adventure. I am a huge fan of anything Disney, mostly because I used to be a Cast Member at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My friend Maddy, from Australia, and I are looking to go on the "transition-into-adulthood" backpacking across Europe trip in 2016 and we want to make the trip as big of an adventure as possible. The less planning and staying in the usual hotels as possible, the better. We are looking to meet new people, hear their stories, and tell ours along the way.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite kind of music is probably country music. I was raised in a small farm town, so it comes with the territory.

My favorite movie is Toy Story. I thoroughly enjoy the imagination that went into making the movie and thinking of the storyline. Plus, I wish I could be a little kid again because everything was so much simpler and I think that reminds me of that.

I don't really read much, only when I have to. However, I loved "Charlotte's Web" when I read it as a child.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2011, I went to Australia to visit my friend Maddy and we went snorkeling in the Great Barrier Reef. I was scared to death because I had never been snorkeling, but we had an awesome time.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would like to teach the world that Americans are not all terrible people. I think the majority of the world has a negative image of Americans due to the media and recent world events. The list of things I would like to learn is too long to even begin describing. I love hearing peoples' stories and seeing how different people live from trying new foods to hearing new music.
