About Me

I like nature and open spaces, mountains and chocolate.
I love books and martial arts. Cinema and wikipedia. Dancing and singing. Basketball and photography.

I love my motorbike.

I like being able to speak other languages, but I'm deeply and fondly attached to my regional language which is currently being supplanted by standard italian.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to travel, but I also think other people should see MY place and come to love it as much as I do.

I love making new friends and knowing people from all over the world.

I like making good to others, so I'm always ready to help.

Interests

- I love photography, I bought a Pentax dslr in Christmas 2009, and since then I take it with me everywhere I go!
- I've practiced karate for 17 years now, plus Kick Boxing and MMA for a couple of years
- I love reading good books, watching good movies and listening to good music
- as I said, I love the mountains, but I still can't ski, I go to the Dolomites near my hometown every summer to go trekking, I have a BIG backpack and strong boots, I often walk barefoot.
- I own a fascinating Moto Guzzi V7II since november 2016

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourites at the moment are "Captain Fantastic" and "Veloce Come il Vento"

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I took the plane for the first time in my life in september 2009 to go to Spain, all alone, I stayed there for 9 months
I leapt into a fountain to catch a ball that a child had thrown in, I was in the middle of a square, with dozens of people staring at me like I was nuts.
I walked barefoot a whole afternoon in the city of Còrdoba.
I walked barefoot last summer in the Dolomites for at least 3km stepping on sharp stones and even snow.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could introduce some Karate practice, I could also teach how to use a reflex camera, but not how to take a beautiful picture.
I can teach Michael Jackson's Moonwalk

I'd loove to learn oil painting. And to speak some Arabic too
