I am a nurse by profession, married to a wonderful man, Filipe, and together we have one child, Santiago. We live in a cosy home near the beautiful beaches of the Jersey Channel Islands. We love meeting new people and making friends from all over the world. We also adore animals and enjoy spending time out in nature.

I have a deep passion for practices that nurture the mind, body, and spirit. Meditation and yoga are a big part of my lifestyle, helping me stay centred, grounded, and connected to myself. I’m inspired by Joe Dispenza’s teachings and love exploring the power of the mind and personal transformation. I also enjoy the invigorating challenge of ice baths and the Wim Hof Method, which make me feel strong, alive, and in tune with my breath. Essential oils are another part of my daily life, bringing natural balance, calm, and well-being into my home. Altogether, these interests reflect my love for holistic health, self-growth, and living in harmony with nature.
