About Me
I would like to discover all the beauty of the world: people, places, feelings and everything!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am a couchsurfer because I love to know new people from everywhere, making Friendship and knowing new cultures and different ways of being and of thinking.
I like to speak and to show the places where I live.
Please, read all my profile before sending a request because there are useful information about your stay.
I DON'T ACCEPT REQUESTS FROM PEOPLE THAT DON'T READ ALL MY PROFILE... SO, IF I DON'T ANSWER YOU, YOU KNOW WHY!
Write me something I understand that you have readen my profile.
In particular, you have to know that my town NETTUNO is 60/70 km far from Rome, by train is 1 hour and 15 minutes (the price of the ticket is around 7.20 euros two ways) , the train station is around 25 minutes by walk from my home.
Maybe I am free and I can pick up you with my car but it can be that I am working (I work in Rome for the whole day) and you must be able to manage it yourself.
Often (almost always) guests don't read that in my profile and when they discovered that I live in Nettuno and not in Rome (I explain again in my answer to their requests), they change idea because they need a closer place to visit the capital.. or also they arrive late in Rome and there is no public transport to get to Nettuno. so, if you read this information now, we save our time. PLEASE!
Fiumicino airport and Ciampino Airport are around 1 hour by car.
there is not direct bus or train from Fiumicino Airport to my home, you need to pass from Roma Termini main train station.
There is a bus that passes from Ciampino Airport to my home.
You can find around one train per hour from Roma Termini main train station to Nettuno.
There isn't public transport to and from my place before 5 a.m. and after 9.30 p.m.
So, for istance, if you arrive late in Fiumicino airport there isn't any public trasport to my place (I received several requests about people who were in Fiumicino late in the evening/night and they asked how to get to my place because they thought I lived in Rome city).
If you send me a request, we will not go to Rome but we will spend time together here in my place and around. There is a lot of to see and to do. If you want to use my home just like an hostel for visiting Rome, I will not accept you, but if you want to spend time in my area you are welcome.
I offer you just a couch in my living room (if you are two, we can open the folder couch, it becomes a double bed)
and you can use all the facilities of course (kitchen, fridge, wash machine, hair dryer, shower with hot water, towels, sheets..).
I will host you one or two nights (maximum 3 nights but this is rare), preferably during the weekend.
I don't smoke but you can smoke if you want, outside the apartment or on the balcony, never inside the room, I hate the bad smell of the smoke.
Usually, I accept requests just on my days off (saturday and sunday in this period) so we can spend time together.
If the day after your stay I have the afternoon shift or the day off is more comfortable (for you and for me), but if you ask to stay when the day after I have the morning shift, you have to go out with me,around 6.30 a.m. , so remember to ask that please.
I don't accept requests from people without picture or information in CS profile.
Please, tell me something about you and any travel friends with their name.
Don't send request too much time in advance (several months before) because I don't know my plans so far and don't ask me to stay 10 days, one month or more because the answer will be no.
I will not host two men together because it doesn't make me feel comfortable.
I do not host psychopaths, people looking for sex or foreign men who want to marry an Italian woman. BETTER TO SPECIFY THIS! 😂
if you fall into these categories, please do not write to me because I am not interested.
And please, remember to write a review after your stay, it will help the other travellers.
I hosted many guests who didn't write a review 🤷🏻♀️
