I am Valeria, 22, I will spend the next 5 months in Austria as an Erasmus student. I was born in Moldova, a small country, that nobody knows, but since 2009 I've been living in Italy, the country I am in love with. I love children, but I also love travelling, meeting new people and learning cultures and different foods. I love dancing, hanging out, good wine and good food.
All I want right now is to enjoy my life the best way possible, because I think the world expects me to travel and discover it. What is important to me is to meet openminded people like me, who just want to do something interessting together.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I am an out-going person, who wants to meet new people and to enjoy with them some days of our lives. I think that we don't need to know someone for long time in order to be friends, sometimes a day can be enough. Usually a day changes your life.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like most of all classical music, but I also love going dancing, I love the music generally speaking, kind of everything.
I love Mozart, Bach, Vivaldi, Chopin, Einaudi and Verdi.
Favorite movies: Bridge of Spies, Interstellar, Memento (I love Nolan's movies), The Imitation Game. But my favorite movie is Modigliani. I also watch sitcoms like Friends, How I Met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory, Awkward, Game of Thrones, Mr Robot, Lucifer.
I read a lot, especially italian authors like Buzzati, Calvino, Manzoni, but also some philosophical books by Aristotele, Platone, Moore, Bacon, Kant.
Favorite book...The kite runner.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I took part in the Colorrun.
I am voluntary worker in a restaurant run by a Down syndrome association, in fact in this restaurant are working also boys and girls with the D.syndrome, which is chanching the view point of my life.
I've moved like 11 times.

All I really want is to learn anything I can from everyone. I think that each person has a special quality and I'd like to acquire new qualities. I need to have new experiencies in order to understand what kind of individual I want to become.
