About Me
HI!
I'm currently a student at the University of Notre Dame. I'm studying psychology and philosophy and I'm passionate about learning about things through people. I love discussions about anything and I'm particularly fond of random--usually useless-- trivia.
I was raised in Atlanta. I love dancing. I'm a fan of late night chats about random things, acquiring new tracks to put on my Spotify playlist, and given the opportunity, I will take some bomb photos!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm always in and out of Chicago and want to meet people who are just as adventurous and open to meeting people as I am.

Music, Movies, and Books
I have an incredibly eclectic music taste. Ranging from rock and roll (indie or otherwise), to post punk, to trap and edm, I love listening to complex styles that capture my attention. I am also a hardcore cinematography lover. I probably don't care what genre the movie is, but I will always appreciate good camera work... even if it is cheesy as heck. Also, I love memoirs, sc-fi, and fantasy books.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
~I interned with a refugee resettlement organization last summer
~I met Dolores Huerta
~My piercings have not gotten stuck to my face, even in -10 F
~I used to lift; my max squat weight was 200lbs
~I've been to a concert in crutches (torn hamstring >.<)
Teach, Learn, Share
I want to share my world views on anything and I want to learn your world views on anything. I believe that the world, because it is more globalized than ever, enables us to open up our minds and hearts to others.
With regards to learning: I'm looking for someone to teach me how to cut shapes, so I can bust out some new dance moves.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Practically, I can cook a mean grilled fish, teach you some Spanish, and teach you how to skateboard!
Intellectually, I also have extensive knowledge about neuroscience, the brain, cognitive psychology, philosophy of science, and philosophy of mind. I'm fascinated by the lack of boundaries of our minds and the questions that science can and sometimes cannot answer.
I'm also a really good listener and I wouldn't mind being quiet and letting you talk about anything-- judgement free and open ears.
Countries I’ve Lived In
