Hey, I’m Vazha 🙂 I love traveling, meeting new people, and getting to know different cultures and ways of life. For me, the best part of travel is the exchange—hearing other perspectives, sharing stories, and just having good conversations. I really enjoy being outdoors—hiking, spending time in nature, or just walking around the city and exploring different neighborhoods. It’s a great way for me to disconnect and recharge. I’m into art and architecture too—museums, galleries, or just interesting buildings. I paint sometimes, but just for fun, nothing serious. I’m also really into politics and social topics, so I enjoy meaningful discussions (even when we don’t agree—as long as it stays respectful and open-minded). One slightly unusual interest: I’m really into maps. I collect them, study them, and sometimes even make my own. Always happy to meet new people and share experiences!

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
Mostly, I use Couchsurfing to meet locals and understand a country or region from their perspective. I think that’s the most interesting part of traveling—getting beyond the typical tourist experience and seeing how people actually live, what they care about, and how they see their own place. I also really enjoy meeting travelers here in Georgia. It’s always fun to share some local insights, show interesting spots, and talk about the culture, history, and everyday life. I also like giving a more local perspective—how Georgian society works, everyday habits, social norms, and the little things that aren’t obvious at first.
