About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To travel, meet new people, share experiences, become inspired and (hopefully) inspire others.
ABOUT ME
Grew up in small town America, joined the Navy after graduation, got married (single now), had children (6), participated in peace demonstrations in the late 60's and early 70's. Single parented my last 3 children through the 80's and 90's. Have lived in the same farmhouse since 1979 in the midst of PA "Dutch/Amish" country.
I have been a vegetarian for over 40 years and primarily been on on a plant based diet (no eggs or dairy) since 2011.
PHILOSOPHY
Live and let live. Share your values, your visions and your morals with others; and honor and respect their inherent right to do the same, without condemnation.
"LET THE BEAUTY YOU LOVE BE WHAT YOU DO" - Rumi (13th-century Sufi poet)

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy all music except opera I can't understand. Action, adventure and comedy movies are the ones I enjoy the most. Books I read are mostly spiritual in nature and non-ficion.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Being at sea, 1969 Woodstock, the home birthing of my children would all rank high here.
Teach, Learn, Share
My strong points would be in promoting spiritual maturity, the quality of loving human relationships, helping others to appreciate art and craft and the sharing of ordinary experiences.
