Hello!

I'm just a human living life the way I know. Striving for a better change every day, having ups and downs, forgetting the bad and remembering the good, accepting the hand I've been dealt. I like to think of this as something common to all living beings, not something special or unique. I love feeling free in all ways.

I enjoy sewing, urban exploration and spending lots of time in nature. I'm always interested in discovering something new that I could adopt into my life, be it a hobby or a point of view. My formal education is in software engineering and I work in my field.

I like travelling without rigid plans and mostly without any guides or internet reviews. The best experiences I had when I would just randomly start walking around a city, going around by smaller unknown streets, seeing stuff that most people wouldn't even try to notice.

Every time I have to fill in the "About me" section I would go to another page where I already wrote it and then realize how I changed over time - sometimes my hobbies, sometimes my views.
But what is life without constant, inpredictable and amazing changes?

Couchsurfing is for me an opportunity to meet new people, like minded or not. Also I really love staying at other people's places - it makes me feel accepted into that city or village way faster. It's a way different experience than staying in a paid accomodation. I love the feeling when I'm showing something I like to someone else, for example my home city or any hobby. That's why I like this concept of hosting/staying, and I hope there is a lot of people sharing the same mentality on this page.

I started realising that I will have to tread my own path towards happiness. Since then I look at everything with a different view, without obstructions like expectations of others and such. It's not easy but there's no going back.
