About Me

I'm a wanderer at heart, navigating the world with the wind in my hair, often on my trusty cycle or occasionally behind the wheel of my car or motorcycle. By day, I'm immersed in the world of Electrical Engineering, but my true passion lies in exploration, fitness, and community.

Here's a glimpse of what makes me tick:

Cycling Enthusiast: My love for cycling started as a mode of commute but evolved into a journey of health and self-discovery. I've pedaled through various terrains, completing brevets and embracing the physical and mental benefits that this two-wheeled adventure offers.

Passion for Fitness: I'm dedicated to staying in shape and promoting a healthy lifestyle. I've learned the importance of taking care of my body and mind, and I'm always keen to share my experiences and tips.

Community Involvement: Contributing to society is close to my heart. In collaboration with fellow cycling enthusiasts, we founded "Fort Pedallers" to promote cycling in Palakkad, my hometown. We organize events, provide support for brevets, and actively campaign to encourage cycling in schools and workplaces.

Love for Pets: I adore animals and pets, and they are always a joy to have around. If you're a fellow pet lover, we'll have some delightful company during your stay.

Collector of Memories: I'm fascinated by souvenirs from around the world, each one telling a unique story. I'd love to hear about your travel adventures and the treasures you've collected.

Vintage Motorcycle Enthusiast: My Royal Enfield is more than just a bike; it's a piece of history and a symbol of classic craftsmanship. If you share an interest in vintage motorcycles, we'll have plenty to discuss.

Travel and Adventure: I have a deep love for exploration, and I'm a fan of travel vlogs. Sharing travel stories and watching the world unfold through the lens of others is something I truly enjoy.

Relaxing with a Cold One: Occasionally, I unwind with a refreshing beer, and if you're into it, we can share a few good conversations over a drink.

Neat Freak: I believe in keeping things clean and tidy, so you can expect a well-organized and welcoming space during your stay.

I've journeyed through life with its ups and downs, experiencing the transformation that cycling brought to my world, from health improvements to a shift in my perspective on life's values. Now, my mission is to share my passion for cycling, health, and community building with others.

If you're looking for a unique and memorable travel experience and enjoy discussions about fitness, cycling, and the joys of exploration, I'd love to connect. Let's share stories, adventures, and create lasting memories together.

“PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE SENDING ME A COUCH REQUEST”
I interested in hosting people from different parts of the world and I believe that I am a good host and I try to do my best for my guests and in return I expect basic moral values of being a guest and request not to misuse my hospitality, therefore I request you to please go through these things before sending me a request
Only me send me a request if:
1. Obviously you have decent amount of positive references on your profile.
2. You can maintain cleanliness and also leave your surroundings in the same condition.
3. You actually need a place to stay for cultural exchange and friendship and not for sex.
4. You can pay for your transport to reach and to leave the place if i am not able to take my own transport means.
5. You can bring and cook your own food and not ask me to do that. (I usually like to eat together with my guests and I sometimes cook for them too if they’re good ).

If you’ve read this and you’re interested in staying at my place, send me a request and also write “Good Guest Request” in the beginning of your request.
Although these are basic values that every good individual possesses but I still want to make sure that I host the right people!
See you on the road or in our home, ready to welcome you with open arms and great conversation! 🚴🌍🏡🐾🍻🏍️

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A Super Randonneur
Earning the Super Randonneur title is a significant accomplishment in the world of randonneuring who successfully completes a series of long-distance, self-supported rides known as brevets within a single calendar year. showcasing a cyclist's ability to endure and excel in challenging long-distance rides. The title is typically associated with organizations like Audax Club Parisien (ACP) and Randonneurs Mondiaux, which oversee and regulate these events.

To become a Super Randonneur, a cyclist must complete the following brevet distances within the same year:

1. 200 kilometers (approximately 124 miles) within 13.5 hours
2. 300 kilometers (approximately 186 miles) within 20 hours
3. 400 kilometers (approximately 248 miles) within 27 hours
4. 600 kilometers (approximately 372 miles) within 40 hours

These rides are often organized as non-competitive events, where participants must navigate a predetermined route, pass through checkpoints within specified time limits, and are responsible for their own food, water, and bicycle maintenance. Super Randonneurs are known for their endurance, self-sufficiency, and love of long-distance cycling.
