About Me
Hello, hello!
I was born and raised in the great city of Montreal. I believe growing up in Montreal shaped a lot of who I am today. It's a bridge between North American and European cultures, between a busy city and open green spaces. It's a very divers city, full of free spirited, lovely people. Growing up around so many different cultures has made me want to experience them all!
I'm a very simple, open-minded person who strives to refrain from judgment. I have an insatiable thirst to discover this beautiful world we live in.
My goal in life? Save the planet!
Ambitious you think? Impossible even?
Perhaps, but a great man once said: "the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do".
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Hostels are a really great place to meet other travelers, but it's the locals I'd like to meet. I'd like to get their perspective of the very place I'm visiting. Not to mention, it's the locals that make a place what it is, that give it it's energy.
One day, when I have a couch of my own to offer, I would like to return the favour and show people around my own beautiful city.
Interests
I love music, food, tea, yoga, walking/hiking, kayaking/canoeing, swimming.
I love nature, from the smallest drop of dew in the morning to the largest mountains and even the stars and the cosmos.
I love people.
I love laughing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Living! Life is just one continuous adventure with all its ups and downs, every experience teaching you how to do better and be better in the future.
But to name a few things that have marked me above all, I would say sleeping in a hammock under the canopy of the Brazilian Amazon, snorkeling with sea lions in the Galapagos (there was a particularly playful youngster I will never forget) and volunteering in a foster home with 100 children in Haiti, twice.
Teach, Learn, Share
I equate wealth with knowledge and love. I am always looking to know more, always listening to what others have to say. My ears are open to anything you are willing to teach me!
As for what I can offer you, I speak French and English if you are interested in learning either.
Although I have just started, I am studying environmental biology, so to any nature or biology enthusiasts, or really anyone who is curious about the world, we are bound to have some interesting conversations...
