I'm 24 years old biology student from Vantaa. I also have a job in SeaLife Helsinki, so if you're wishing to see some under water action I have a good place to visit! ;)
I have three cats living with me in my small flat. Don't worry, they're quite well-behaving and friendly creatures. I don't have any luxuries here, but my soft and pretty small couch is open for guests whenever I have time to host them!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'd like to get friends from all over the world and discover all cool stuff which would be hard to find by myself. Travelling in a good company is always better than alone!

Interests

I love my biology studies and natural sciences in general, but painting and drawing have a very special place in my heart too. Even I'm quite social person, I prefer nature and peace more than crowded places.

Music, Movies, and Books

Mostly I like to listen to 60's, 70's and 80's folk and rock music. Music plays a very important role in my life, and I spend quite a lot of time listening to it.
I watch all kinds of movies, but my favourite directors are Quentin Tarantino, Cohen brothers and Kaurismäki brothers.
I don't have time to read too much (except for my studies), but I have read a few books from Bukowski and some Baudelaire and I loved their style.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last winter I had a visit to Tromsø (Norway) and I saw humpback whales for the first time! I have also participated a Finnish hitchhike competition twice.

My lifestyle! Even I don't live in Helsinki, I have quite good location near the train station (and by train you can get to airport or city centre of Helsinki super easily) and bus stop. I can show you some stuff from Vantaa and Helsinki, or any other cities near by.
