I'm living in Germany for three years now - studying and working - and am enjoying my time in another country.

I'm a friendly and motivated person and am willing to learn new things. I always look forward to have some new experiences to make life more intresting.

I am studying and working in the field of Networking and am always looking forward to know about technology, music and history.

I love to cook food and enjoy eating. Also, I'm a good sportsman and would love to learn new languages - but that's difficult... ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travelling is very refreshing for me. It's cool to explore nice places and meet people from around the world. Especially cause I've also moved away from my homecountry and am now living in a foreign country. It feels very different and nice to get to know other places and people!

Interests

I like to play cricket! Back in Pakistan I was the captain of my team with whom we met almost every day to practise.
In Germany I learned to like and appreciate cycling.
I'm also intereted in learning and doing different sports.
To try new food is very intresting for me.
And to know different cultures from different countries.

Music, Movies, and Books

I tend to watch Action, Future prediction, Comedy movies and serials.
I like different kinds of music, I dont have any favorites.
Until now, I've got to know English, Hindi, German, Arabic and Spanish music and some other bands at a World music Festival.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I moved to Cologne, Germany for my studies for a 2 years program. This decision was very hard to come over here to leave my habits behind, adopt to a highly different culture and to learn a new - and complicate :P - language. It is a very good experience and I'm enjoying my life discovering a new world.
