Hello! I am Australian nurse/midwife! I am currently living in the United States as my husband is American and got an opportunity to work at a great restaurant in the US on lummi island, Washington. He is a chef :)

We got married a couple of years ago and are now on a trip we have dreamed of taking, travelling through Mexico and Europe for a few months!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are currently travelling and it has been nice to stay in Airbnb’s but it would be nice to meet locals and have that experience! Also Europe is expensive for us Aussie’s!
We are travelling now but when we return to the US we are moving to Portland and it would be nice to host and meet people when we get back as my husband knows the city well! (He lived there for 10 years prior to moving to Australia)
