I was born and I live in the Vicentina Coast, Algarve, Portugal. I have travelled around Europe and north Africa, but I really prefer the place where I live - beautiful coast, beaches, nature, friends! I am a mason and I mostly do artistic decoration in houses. I am also a musician, and I play the cane, a local popular instrument with a long history and presently few players. I'm very sociable and love to party and share.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
Well, I'm just starting ! I want to go to the Musikmesse in Frankfurt and present my instrument! I'm going with my best friend Rui, who also plays, and we have a small budget. But also we believe in sharing and meeting local people - that's why I travel for!

I like to get to know people, and to share with them moments and my life experience. I also like to teach them how to play the cane - so expect to have some lessons. I like to cook, and I can make you some good portuguese dishes.
