About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Travel Around the World, try all kinds of food in every conner of every country I go even if it may look or taste weird; Go hiking in Nepal and Tibet; Safari in Africa; Bungie jumping in NZ; Meditating in India; Bull running and tomato fighting in Spain;
ABOUT ME
I was born and raised in Tacheng, a small city very west of China border with Pakistan. No idea where it is? Go get a map, you will most likely be amazed how far it is from the city I am currently living - Shanghai.
College Educated in Shanghai and so far have stayed in SH for 7 years, have been to several places in and out of China, and became quite a travel junkie after my first graduation trip..
My dream is to travel around the world, which pretty much everyone's dream, wanna try all kinds of adventurous things , don't wanna regret for not doing many things I always wanted to and should do when I am old...
PHILOSOPHY
If I am gonna spend my youth sitting at home watching TV, soup operas like my 70 years old grandma would do. what do I need my youth for? I need to travel and try different new things while I am still young so I would not regret for not actually living my life when I am old.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I came to know CS through one of the CS gatherings in Shanghai, and later I signed up myself.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first CS experience was in Sri Lanka early 2014, which was amazing and made me realized it's a great platform to meet and know people around the world and share different cultures. Except Sri Lanka, I also couch surfed most countries in Central and South America, such as Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica and Colombia. Through Couchsurfing, I have met and made friends with so many nice, warm hearted people along my journey. Those laughters we shared, stories told and adventures we took are the shiniest moments of my journey. I am grateful for all.
