About Me

I'm communicative (not really), friendly (really) and fun (questionable) guy. Don't smoke sigarettes (its important). (2022 edit)
I like to travel so I've traveled a lot around Ukraine. I was almost in every regional center of Ukraine and also visited many small and beautifull ukrainian towns and villages.
Few years ago (almost 10 years ago for now actually, lol) I've tried to travel by hitchhiking. It was such a nice experience so I've got used to suxh type of travels almost immediately .
By the time I was 23 I've traveled by hitchhiking more then 60 000 km. I visited Georgia, Belarus, Turkey and a big part of Europe.
One of my most crazy adventures was in summer 2014. It was a trip to Turkey with my friend Max. We had planes to visit Europe , but at the last moment changed plans (turned out that it need to have visa to have ability cross the border with EU in 2014) and we explored Turkey for a month. We had not much money , we didn't know Turkish language , but nevertheless we've got only positive emotions and have met so many wonderful people. We have been droven about 9000 km by hitchhiking , slept in a tent, came under heavy rains, our flight to home has been canceled, but it was fun month of my life and I always remember this crazy trip, probably becouse it was my first big adventure and now, in 2022, when I rewriting this shit a bit, I'm too lazy to describe here some my other adventures :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that when you travel much, more interesting to stay with like-minded person than in the hotel. You can learn a lot about the culture of the country , and about interesting places in the city where you are. I also like to meet new friends from all over the world
2022 update: naah, the main reason always was a free place to sleep, let's be honest, when you're in yours twenties the last thing you want to spend on those few coins you have is a freaking hotel :) But yeah, it was always fun to learn complitely new people lifestyles. F.e after another CS experience I've bought a guitar xD
Here I promise myself if I survive the war in Ukraine I will try to use couchsurfing in proper way (but is anyone ever did it?)
