Music, Movies, and Books

I used to read books for reason and watch movies as leisure and hobby, but it is not an axiom.
Books:
1) Eric Ries. "Lean Startup". Enterpreneurship as an eternal cycle of making hypothesis, testing it, receiving feedback and adjusting a product.
2) Phil Barden. "Decoded". Scientific basis of marketing and human behaviour.
3) Barbara Minto. "The pyramid principle" This book will make your way of thinking much more structured.
4) Alexei Kapterev. "Presentation secrets". The best book about making presentations in PP.
5) Maxin Dorofeev. "Jedi Techniques of Personal Effectiveness" (the book is written in russian, however you can find the big presentation made by same author on Yotube). My favourite book about time management.
6) Josh Kaufman "The personal MBA: master the art of business". Best book to start your self education in business.
7) Herbert Frank. "Dune". The fiction story telling about how to behave yourself under tough circamstances.

Movies and series
1) "Death note." Brilliant animated story showing intellectual battle between two main charecters. It is scratching moral dilemmas of crime and punishment, judging others and cost of chasing high motives.
2)"Chernobyl" (2019). Horror of real life.
3) "Escape from Shawshank"
4) "Shindler's list"
5) "Green mile"
6) "Fight club"
7)"Memento"
8) "Death frenzy"

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In the last year of high school I turned my life 180 in the opposite direction. I had been a professional cyclist for a few years. That time I realised that cycling is not the thing I want to do throug my lifetime. It was my first big deliberate decision. My parents and friens were not pleased by that decision. They argued with me and tryed to incline me not to give up with cycling. Especially my father who was trying to embody his ambitions as former cyclist throug me. However I made my decising and did not let others undo that. As a result I took part in intellectual competitions in social sciencies and won almost all I took part in. Thanks to that I entered top univirsity and became who I am. I don't regret about that decision because I did what I really wanted to do. Now I am trying to stick to this principle and do only what I really want to.
