ABOUT ME

I grew up in the German countryside with parents eager to travel. My first trip to Australia I did when I was 4 years old – not alone... ;). The travel bug got me. And I have done a bit, but not as much as I would have liked to. I have lived in the US and in Australia for a bit and I can imagine living in other countries as well. There are so many places I am eager to see, explore and meet the locals.
I am a photographer interested in humans, artists, other people and cultures as well as different religions. I am fascinated by the human being. It is a job that would be perfect to accomplish with traveling. Easier said then done though. But I am working on it.
I am vegetarian, I don't drink and I don't smoke.

Since signing up on CS I haven't had time for traveling yet. But I started hosting people and had a few great experiences. I am very interested in the way of life of other people and cultures and like to share / the be part of it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't tried CS through this platform yet. But on my travels in Australia and last year in Great Britain I have made some couch surfing experiences and I love this way of traveling.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Staying in an indigenous community in the Tanami Desert, NT, Australia for 5 month. I met a bunch of incredible persons and got to know the incredible Walpiri people. Besides that, it was fantastic to live in the Australian desert surrounded by nature, wild horses, dingos, kangaroos and wild camels. Just try to imagine that you can't leave the place because the main roads are closed due to the weather. No bitchman...

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you about photography and how to use a SLR camera without the automatic mode. As well I can show you how to juggle with different media.
I would love to learn more about dancing and always interested in more advanced juggling tricks and poi moves.
