ABOUT ME

Traveling, meeting new people & exploring are my hobbies, which is quite addictive....back from one trip and already planning the next. My dream is to visit all 195 countries!!!

I am a competitive cyclist and distance runner and am pretty health conscious. With that said, I am a biiiig fan and consumer of wine, beer and pizza!!!!

PHILOSOPHY

I am looking to pay forward all of the generosity shown to me both during my 2 years of traveling and throughout my life....often by complete strangers!

Traveling, Cycling and running are my principle passions for life but am not shy about trying and doing new things. I also enjoy learning new languages and have embarked upon studying French. Although unlike Spanish, pronounciation is proving to be a big challenge for me. I am sure it is similar for those learning English....way to many rules!!!!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

1. Jumping into the icy waters off the coast of Antarctica.

2. Spending five days swaying on a hammock on a cargo boat between Pucalpa, Peru and Iquitos, Peru on the Amazon River headwaters.

3. Living, working and hanging out with the locals in Jinotepe, Nicaragua

4. Seeing the Taj Mahal in person, as it is 100 times more impressive than in photos

5. Grilling up Kangaroo fillets while watching Kangaroos in the field opposite my hotel in Margaret River, Western Australia.

6. Traveling to the small village of Kadzidlo, Poland, meeting my relatives that still live there and visiting the homestead and property where my grandparents lived.

7. Meeting the awesome people of the Republic of Somaliland during my milestone 100th country visited!!!
