I'd like to learn more wild edibles. I know about some herbal medicines and right diet - just more functionally than locally. My health has demanded of me to learn about herbs. Fricking conventional medicine knows nothing but convention.

I could give you a basic lesson in Spanish, teach you how to strike and pass a soccer ball or flick a disc (i.e. throw forehand). Proper form generally enhances athletic ability. Align thyself. :)
