ABOUT ME

So this is me! You probably look at my side because I asked you to host me, or you want to stay at my place! Well I can recommend you both! :P

Whoever you are, I think my life would benefit from meeting you!

So what to say? I did study medicine at University of Berne, now I work as a doctor in nearby Hospital. But actually I don't define myself about my studies or my work, so this is not so important. Maybe I define myself about what I appreciate. I like when things and people are genuine, unchained, without any artificial heart. Actually that spreads in everything I like from music to nature to arts!

Travelling gives me the opportunity to meet new people, to see the worlds beauty, and moreover, to enhance my understanding of the world and myself!

And since others are better in descriping me, read my references :P

PHILOSOPHY

Happiness is for me, when something happens in a positive way, which you did not expect. So you have to get out and open yourself for the unexpected things. Even tough it might scare you, then life is the sum of all your experiences.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

While travelling I use this to get a deeper understanding of the culture of a country, you haven't really met a country until you've spend some time at a locals place!

At Home I'm always happy to give this experience to other travelers! I know a lot about switzerland and travelling and love to share that! Moreover I love to be able to connect with people from all over the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met great people troughout the couchsurfing project. And I got a deeper understanding of a nations culture which I'd never got by just travelling the country.

I was able to connect with complete strangers in a few days and getting new friendships wich I did not expect!

Interests

My interst is that life has to be exciting! So what do we need? A lot of movement in all what we do :P. So meeting new people you didn't expect to meet, listening to new music you didn't expect to hear, seeing new things you didn't expect to see!

Haha, and besides that I like rockclimbing... :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

What to say here? How I am supposed to rate all my expiriences, which all have equal importance in different things? We'll I've been mountaineering in switzerland, which impressed me deeply, but every Journey I made, was for me something amazing I could do, and influenced my character!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm interested to learn as much about the country, the people and almost everything as possible! Therefore I also know quite a lot of Berne, Switzerland and things which I love to share again.

As Switzerland is a rather more difficult country to travel when you are concerned about budget, I can you give you a lot of advice which makes switzerland suddenly rather cheap to travel :P. But by using couchsurfing you already did a big step towards the right direction!
