About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To see. To understand. To appreciate.
ABOUT ME
I'm a copywriter by profession, a traveller by design, a nerd by birth, a photographer by hobby, a poet by expression and a philosopher by opinion.
PHILOSOPHY
I have been an ardent fan of Sci-Fi, because I always loved to read and know about the possibilities of life and everything else through Science. Yet I always had a keen interest in religions all across the world. Their intricacies and homogeneity always took me by surprise. Let's catch up sometime and we'll talk in detail about it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've been hosting travellers for some time now, and would love to continue with it.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
So far, it's been phenomenal. I've made friends, exchanged ideas and have learnt so much more about people and world since I opened my gates and offered my couch to the friendly strangers.
Looking forward to many more such enthralling experiences.
Interests
1) I love to travel. As much as I can afford to. 2) I like knowing. Through documentaries, books and news reports about this world and the things beyond. 3) Music. I love it. Irrespective of genre, language or era.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music, as I believe, was never meant to be confined in specific genres. And thus I enjoy almost all sorts of it. I'm a big fan of Hip-hop, and yet always have an ear for Country Blues. I love Rock, mainly classic and alternative rock. I love Hindi Bollywood numbers, old and new.
As far as books are concerned, I like almost anything that's interesting, except for the motivational, self-help stuff. They are of no help, trust me.
I have a special liking for Sci-Fi and fantasy fiction, but that never stopped me from becoming a fan of Schindeler's List. Oh, and I'm a huge DC fan. Yeah, the comic books.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In December 2013, I participated in a global hunt for space enthusiasts. Held at the Kennedy Space Center, Orlando, Florida, the competition included chosen participants from 60 countries from across the world. There, I co-piloted a training jet, took the G-force test, flew in a Zero Gravity flight, wrote a cosmology exam, and a lot more to beat those chosen participants. It paid off ultimately. I was chosen as one of the 23 final winners of the space camp.
Teach, Learn, Share
I work as a copywriter. And, to my advantage, it allows me to know about more things than any other profession would probably allow.
I can teach English as a language, and cosmology as a hobby. Try me sometime. If not informative, I would at least be fun.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A couch. Books to read. (Mostly) Indian breakfast. Basic home amenities. Friendship.
