ABOUT ME

I am currently living in Hamilton near the hospital. I've got a spare room with a king single bed in IT (it's just a single... but Kiwis have odd names sometimes... a normal single is a short kids bed from what I can tell). No resident pets right now, but pet friendly (indoor dogs) - the place is a couple of mins from a bus stop into town or a 15 - 20 min walk. There's also a park right outside and Hamilton Lake is a few mins walk away. I work in IT. I'm happy to host people for a few nights when I'm about.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a bed, sometimes two if I don't have a lodger staying with me!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Used to do it informally with people I met online as a teenager either camping in gardens or staying on floors(yes dangerous I know... but it all turned out good! - made some of my closest friends that way) Not a lot since then, but hoping to get back into it!

LRP (dressing up in silly costumes and playing dungeons and dragons), Computer games, Hiking, Camping, Travelling, board games, war games, walking/listening to the rain.
