Why I'm on Couchsurfing
During my travels, I have been staying in apartments or hostels but after my WWOOFing experience last summer, I saw that staying with hosts is much better to experience new cultures and meet new people. So, I'm looking for hosts to stay with now!
Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: Pierrot le Fou, La Strada, Eyes Without A Face, Beauty and the Beast (1946), Princess Mononoke, Wild Strawberries, Marketa Lazarova. Music: Post-rock, jazz, atmospheric or post black metal, prog rock & metal, art rock, and folk are my favorite genres. Books: I don't know where to start, but Verlaine is probably my favorite poet.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Hiking in the Utah canyons was an amazing experience. I think that nature can teach us a lot, plus the landscapes made me feel like we were on another planet.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm open to learning about almost anything, especially new languages! I've taken a recent interest in analog photography. So if you have an old film camera sitting in a drawer we can try to figure out how to use it.
What I Can Share With Hosts
I can teach you some Turkish, or share interesting things about psychology, cinema and music.
