I really interest all sport activity - swimming, biking, hiking, fitness, yoga, snowboarding. Once on Sri Lanka I practiced surfing and in was difficult but amazing for me. I think I would try it more sometimes. I dream about diving and I really want do paragliding. So, I am so active but sometimes I need some calm. That's why I practice mindfulness and meditation. And if you interest in it I can tell you something. I really like to help people and I make a little distance volunteer work for health seeking people - I help them engage their body and eating. I like the topic of self-development, so I read a lot about it and can talk about it endlessly.
