Teach:
I can share about Guatemalan culture—our traditions, typical foods (like pepián, tamales, atol), our colorful textiles, Holy Week celebrations, and the mix of Mayan and Spanish influences. I can also teach Spanish and share what I’ve learned about psychology and mental well-being.

Learn:
I love learning about how people live, their customs, new recipes, languages, and different ways of thinking. I'm very curious about what others can teach me from their life experiences.

Share:
Authentic conversations, curiosity, respect, and a positive attitude. I enjoy sharing stories, ideas, local food when possible, and always a warm smile.
