I'm a very optimistic person. I imagine creating my own reality, and I spend it enjoying what I'm doing, who I'm with and having an epicly amazing attitude! It seems we all experience flows of thoughts and feelings, I simply choose to focus on the delicious ones that feel good!

Interessen

I LOVE dancing. Laughing....More laughing. Dancing and laughing TOGETHER are a pretty potent combo. I love seeing others happy. I like to touch people, hold them, squeeze them, relax with them. It feels good to enjoy human touch, so if you're around me you MAY just enjoy a natural flow of hugs and squeezes ; ) I enjoy healthful, vegan cuisine and like cooking for myself and others.

I spend my time sharing and being love in many different ways. A lot of times that just means loving myself -maybe by reading a book, dreaming, taking a bath, hiking, hugging some trees! and meditating- and others can seem to feel really good being around this type of confidence in self-care and love. Sometimes all I need is to hear a friend take a big deep sigh and it helps me remember to breathe deeply as well. I hope to be this type of example and leader in service for those around me, letting them know it's okay to be themselves and that they are loved and celebrated just as they are. If my presence encourages this good feeling, awesome! And if not, I'm feeling good and do my best to be and act in LOVE anyway! It's all there is and all we need.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I just sailed the Atlantic to the Caribbean!

I jumped off a 10 meter bridge in Trondheim that evidently you're NOT supposed to jump off of (hehe, but we got a couple rounds in ; )) into a super cold river on a whim. Refreshing!

I opened an organic juice bar in San Diego, one of my dreams come true.

I am invited to laugh out of joy constantly just realizing how awesome my life is. I am so blessed, and really stoked I am living my dreams in every way. Showing up for my life every day in the best way I know how!
