I love to travel, and like to meet new people. Expensive lodging isn't fun, especially to one who traveled extensively through Europe "back in the day" when it was trendy to see Europe on $5-10 a day, and I did it on $2. I'd like to assist others and meet

ABOUT ME

I'm generally happy and easy to get along with, love an adventure, hope to see more of the planet in the next few decades. I have a wonderful husband who is retired from a coal mine job, but who assists me with the dance studio business. We have three grown sons.

PHILOSOPHY

My mission is to teach others to express themselves through dance and yoga, I love to "play" for a living, and value the opportunities to share my values with others.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a "couch" available for one or several, next door to my home at the dance studio, and most likely can assist with local transportation.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

none as of yet, though I'd like to both host and surf, a friend has encouraged me to join.

Interests

I love to travel, do yoga, bird watch, read, dance, do yoga daily, participate in community theater, walk on the beach, hike in the mountains, meet new people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done quite a lot of travel, a year in Europe just after college graduation, taught 5th grade in Bogota Colombia in 74-75, been to Alaska once and Cozumel 5 times.
