Bien le bonjour ! I'm Yohann :)

I work in the video game industry, my last job being working at Ubisoft as a Games User researcher.
Like you probably have guessed by now, I'm a video game enthousiast, but not only ! I'm fond of great stories, which I find in video games, books, cinema and in people' shared experiences ;)

I practice some martial arts and I have practiced drama for about 10 years.

I'm travelling with my wife, Naïma who is a train driver in France. We share the same passions (except sport. she doesn't like that..) but I can add that she likes baking, and she is good at it (She is not threatening me to say it, I swear !!).

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

Naïma and I visited a few countries by ourselves, but we were not completely satisfied by the way we did. We did not meet lot of people and thus missed the chance to learn about the country thanks to the inhabitants :(

So now we are changing our way to travel ! We want to meet you, having good times with you while discovering your country ! I think we should take a beer ! Or a coke. Or a tea if you prefer. As long as we share a drink ;)

Moreover, we have been host for couchsurfers that were friends with a friend of mine, so they could stay in paris a few days. It was so nice spending time with travelers that we want to continue that way !

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

That's kind of a bit question... So without going too much in details here are the topics that will make my eyes sparkle if you talk to me about it :

Books : Robin Hobb books (The Farseer saga and every books linked to it). If you want to talk about those books, I'm your man.

Manga : i'm a big fan of Dragon Ball, but in fact I love sooo much mangas that it's hard to sum up. If I had to add 5 more names : Berserk, One Piece, FullMetal Alchemist, Mx0 and GTO.

Movies : My favourite movie is Matrix, but I'm quite fond of epic movies with good plot twists *.*

Video Games : Ma favourite would be Kingdom Hearts, but I like so much different games.. The Batman Arkham trilogy, Danganronpa, All Zelda, lot of Final Fantasy et sooooo much more x)

Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz

Well there was that time when I had the chance to meet my favourite author. I went to a small book festival in France to see her. In the end I had her autograph, but I totally had a breakfeast with her, where we have spoken about her books and her experience writing them. it was just so cool *o*

A wilder experience was when, at the Réunion, we were diving to see whales. As we approached, the whale started teaching it's child how to swim with its tail fin. So we had this huge animal, coming toward us while violently hitting the sea with its tail. We were not reassured, but when we saw the face of the instructor, yelling us to swim back to the boat... I think we never swam that fast x)
