First you figured out the game is rigged, then you realized you significantly underestimated how much it's been rigged - genetics set the baseline of your intelligence as you can't meaningfully alter the default way your brain prefers to process information and think. Early education & nurturing, and proper nutrition helps prevent the tanking of your IQ or the development of various addictions. Later on you realize it's much worse - the laws of physics (general relativity + neuroscientific evidence) don't seem to allow much freewill if at all. So you're left with, "riiight so I'm stupid, fat, lazy, weak, struggling with mental health and different addictions and prolly will develop cancer by 50? gg well play 10/10 will live again." The best way forward then is just to optimize yourself like a neural network one prompt at a time. Keep a journal to track your habits and progress. Acknowledge the past was inevitable but the future is still in your hands (freewill compatibilism). And really... Just be stupidly optimistic and hopeful about life and see how the movie ends... We're all sentenced to death with an unknown probation period. Enjoy the ride.
