ABOUT ME
Passionate about sharing, I founded www.yours2share.com to enable people to find like-minded partners with whom they can create private syndicates. yours2share enables people to share just about any valuable asset, from property, aircraft, boats and cars to dogs, gardens, and horses. I have also been involved with running a Jelly co-working group and a local exchange trading system LETS.
I am currently doing a part time masters degree in data mining at University of East Anglia in Norwich, due to complete in autumn 2015. I'm really enjoying the challenge.
I live and work in Loddon about 10 miles south of Norwich, a small pretty village on the Norfolk Broads, with my partner Larry and two dogs.

PHILOSOPHY
What goes around comes around
I try to treat everyone as I'd like to be treated myself.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
So far by hosting visitors.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
We've had one couple visit us so far, and that was a real pleasure. We are a little off the beaten track, although within easy reach of Norwich. So I think we'll only ever have visitors occasionally.
Interests
Spending time with friends and family, good food, films, IT and science, anything to do with sharing and collaborative consumption.
Looking at the list of amazing things I've been lucky enough to do, you'll realise that I also like comedy, swimming and dancing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Snorkelling on coral reefs in Fiji.
Being allowed to sneak in at the back of a remote bar where (male) Greek waiters were gathered to drink, dance and particularly to compare dances late into the evening - amazing dancing.
Swimming with manta rays and sharks in Cay Caulker.
Being at the Live Aid concert in 1985
Sitting at the campsite's watering hole at Etosha National Park in Namibia, for about six hours watching thousands of animals come and go.
Just about every moment of four days in Xian, China.
Seeing Jay Leno do his Sunday night show in LA.
Every Latitude and Womad festival.
Being taken to a nightclub in the Latin Quarter of Paris at 18 and learning to jive to a four piece live band.
Swimming with giant turtles in the Seychelles.
Nearly every meal in Thailand.
