About Me

***Preparing for an exam on July, 2018.
Not accepting new guests recently.

I am a positive and cheerful person who always wears a smile. I also love to try anything new, experience crazy things, and make new friends.

Born and raised in Tainan, the city which is famous for its food and culture, I can show you around this beautiful place, tell you the stories and introduce you the best food in town.

Out of the care for the animals and environment, I became vegetarian since my 22.
But I'm okay to eat any kinds of food, just to pick out the meat or seafood.

Even though I haven't traveled to many countries, my mind is wide and eyes are open, fully ready to see and meet the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As a surfer:
I would love to travel like a local, experience whatever new and typical.

As a host:
For I really really love Tainan, I would love to introduce my city in the best way I could offer.
Hope whoever travel here can feel what I feel, fall for what I fall for.

Interests

Reading, jogging, walking, singing, stamps.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love blues, bossa nova, country music, and indie music. But my favorite is post rock.

As for the movies, I prefer drama, documentary, romance and animation.

Such as 'Chungking Express', 'We bought a zoo', 'The secert life of Walter Mitty', 'The Perks of Being a Wallflower', 'The notebook'……
And 'Zootopia' is one of my favorite animation recently.

I like to read novels.
Such as 'Into the wild', 'La salle de bain', and some Japanese novels.

But mostly I read were by chinese novelist, like Shao Lin Chu.
Her work 'Café triste' is one of my favorite.

I also read philosophy books. Such as the books by Osho.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In the summer of 2015, my sister and I walk around Taiwan, with our hair shaved.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you Mandarin and some basic chinese food.

Because I love to cook and eat good things, I'd like to learn and try different food style.

And I believe everyone must got something to share with, but the most easy but powerful thing is a smile.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can help and do any housework.
If you don't mind, I can help you prepare for meals or even cook for you.
I also keep two cats in my house, so if there's any problems on pet caring, I might be capable of solving that.

Countries I’ve Visited

China, France, Malaysia, Spain, Thailand

Countries I’ve Lived In

Taiwan
