I live in Volta Redonda, a small city in the State of Rio de Janeiro one and a half hour away from the capitol. I'm a 29 year-old brazilian photographer, filmmaker and English teacher. I've recently finished my undergraduate degree in Enlgish and Portuguese languages and literature. I love teaching and learning from my students. It's an awesome exchange and it's also very rewarding. I have a huge passion for languages and linguistics so I’ve been focusing in this career so I haven’t photographed as much. I also love traveling and trying new things. As a photographer I love exploring different cities, observing the changing scenery, lights, colors. Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing because I want to meet different people, from different cultures, get to know their habits and traditions. I love hearing other travelers stories and I would love to go sightseeing with hosts if they are available. I'm willing to teach people what I know whether it's about photography or about my language and culture.
Music, Movies, and Books
Well, rock is my favorite kind of music but I don't have a favorite band I love TV series such as Game of Thrones, Dexter and Friends. I like all kinds of movies but horror is my favorite one.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
- Sledging in the Swiss Alps - Working at a hostel in Slovakia as a photographer in exchange for my stay - Seeing the traditional anual firework display at Porto - Portugal, sitting at the Douro River shore.
