Howdy!
I first discovered Couchsurfing through a random YouTube video in 2021, and since then, I’ve been really excited to be part of this community of adventurous people.

I’m currently pursuing my PhD in Chemical Engineering at Texas A&M University. While research keeps me busy, I always try to make time to travel, explore new places, and connect with locals. My goal is to visit at least three or four cities in every state and experience the diverse cultures and lifestyles across the US. I also want to write a song in each state so every place becomes a memory I can carry with me forever.

I enjoy meaningful conversations, trying new cuisines, and learning about sustainability, nature, and biodiversity. If you’re into genuine connections and shared experiences, I’d love to meet!

Lastly, I’m just starting my travel journey, so I’m leading with curiosity… and I’m hoping it won’t fail me.

I’m currently into DJing and music production as a side quest! Music has always had a special pull on me since childhood, I believe there’s just something magical about it.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love exploring different genres, from hip hop and trap to atmospheric rock and metal. I produce music using FL STUDIO (goated daw) and carry dream of doing this full time someday, even though I somehow ended up doing engineering.

A friend recently introduced me to metal, starting with Avenged Sevenfold, and I have been hooked ever since. Now I proudly call myself a metalhead. My favorite bands right now are A7X, Katatonia, and Opeth.

There was also a time when I wanted to be a rapper. I still enjoy that vibe and find a lot of inspiration in artists like MGK. His ability to create hits across different genres is something I really admire, and that kind of versatility is what I aim for in my own music journey.

When it comes to movies, I am a big fan of American comedies since they are my comfort watch and always lift my mood. I also love science fiction, especially time travel stories. There is something about twists and alternate realities that really fascinates me. Dark (the German series) is my all time favorite. If you have watched it and its not in your top three, we might need to talk!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you sound design! With just your laptop and a little bit of physics knowledge, you can recreate almost any of your favorite instruments or sounds. It’s amazing how much creativity you can unlock once you understand how sound really works.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Being a college student is challenging, especially when it comes to meals, so I had to learn how to cook. Now I can make some really good Indian dishes. If I stay with you, you will get to experience the taste of homemade Indian food at no cost, since I know how expensive Indian restaurants can be in the United States.

We can also make some music together. I always carry my laptop and microphone with me, ready for a spontaneous jam session. And of course, I never show up without some chocolates to share!
