CURRENT MISSION Get an MFA, more freelance less day-job, get back to yoga, and read read read! ABOUT ME First and foremost I'm a delicate balance between work-a-holic and weekend-warrior. I'm always doing 5 things at once, but I relish the wasting of time with good friends, good food and strong cocktails. I grew up in a conservative small town just south of Des Moines in Iowa, but managed to escape and pursue visual arts, writing, teaching and curating. I'm a natural cook, and a big-eater. I enjoy all forms of music, save mainstream country and "dance rap". I've traveled extensively in Europe in my teen years, and I'm currently working to move to Canada for grad school. I'm also an avid biker when the Minnesota Snow-pocalypse permits.
