ABOUT ME

I'm disenchanted, but diplomatic. I say what needs to be said, especially when no-one else will speak up. I'm charming, and pretty damn good at almost anything I do. I know I am quite empathic, but not an idiot. I love to sit in silence, but I love to hold long conversations about ANYTHING. I'm willing to learn, and I'm definitely an old soul. Perhaps I can get out my cards and give you a tarot reading?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am an entrepreneur in East Los Angeles! I create small batch Tonics, syrups, and bitters in Echo Park with all organic and locally sourced ingredients. I work hard to give back to my community and cross promote local businesses and establishments in my area.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I travel and try to make new friends all over. :-) I haven't surfed in a while, but the experiences that I have had will always be with me.

Movies:I LOVE Alfred Hitchcock films. Anything edgy and unique intrigues me...Music: I'm one of those guys who will listen to anything once. Or twice if it does it for me. Books: Metaphysics, thrillers, fantasy, graphic novels, nerdy stuff. :)

I witnessed all 4 of my younger siblings being born. I've seen the sun rise and set. Meteor showers that come only once every 3,000 years. A hand-fasting ceremony. Meeting my father for the first time after 15 years. Moving from the Midwest to Arizona and then from Arizona to Los Angeles. I have had a very nomadic lifestyle since childhood, but feel grateful to call Los Angeles my home.

I have a bit of knowledge on art deco, art nouveau, occult and mysticism, and native american/cherokee medicine. I love sharing experiences of the supernatural and the unexplainable. I love teaching people what I know with my music, and sharing my voice. I believe that words are powerful and they can impact even the most calloused of hearts.
