Just moved to "the big city" of Denver, CO after 5 years spent between Boulder and Summit County, and I won't be hosting during COVID. Safe travels everyone!

I'm a lover of all things science, fitness, and outdoors! I moved to Colorado to pursue physiology research, mountains, community building and spirituality. I am pretty slow, always trying to spend time here and now. I love living local - drinks, eats, local experiences with local people. I probably smile too much and plan too little.

Fortunate to have had some great experiences, from visiting the great wall of China to trekking the tour du Mont Blanc, cliff jumping in Southern France and going on a motorcycle trek through the Himalayas. Life is beautiful.
