Been teaching SEN since I returned. Transitioning to a plant based diet! I meditate often and do yoga when I can.

Last year I was working, living and exploring New Zealand!
Previously, travelled India most recently, also spent some time in Nepal.
Have also travelled through Central/ Eastern Europe.
I like to take a bit of culture from wherever I go. I share what I can, especially smiles and hugs.

Book that has been the most outstanding recently is probably The One Straw Revolution by Masanobu Fukuoka.
