I was born in 1984 (nowadays with 38years old) and have three beautiful boys, and a little princess(Afonso Maria 2012, Francisco Maria, 2014, Maria Margarida 2018 anda Gabriel Maria 2).

Being a responsible person, I love to be able to think and to be like a child, where there is room for a thousand and one dreams and where we believe that the world can always be better. I could play adult games, but putting together a simple Lego is so much more fascinating, as is making a child or an elderly person smile.

Personally, I love a good dinner or sharing the end of an afternoon with a group of friends over some titbits and some drinks *

What I really love to do and study is the whole universe of Branding!
For over 10 years I have been working in the men’s (principally) underwear industry.
I dream of opening my own business, in which I would perhaps work a lot more, but would feel much more fulfilled.
Leaving my footprint behind me is something that moves me onward.

On the social level, I like doing volunteer work; I believe there are only 2 ways of making the world better:
True love and genuinely give, asking nothing in exchange.

It was some time back that I learned about couchsurfing, and I registered, like I do many times on other sites, but after my first experience of receiving and then being receive in Finland and when I did an Inter-rail trip, I was fascinated by the spirit I identify with – Give everything to someone we do not know …
Be kind and welcome new people and present the land where we live. If the world were to go “Couchsurfing”, it would be a much better place. Friendship would prevail over money.

I think there is no greater interest than doing every day that which makes us happy. Life may not be one big happy experience, but we ought to try every day to find moments of happiness in the details. And I believe that happiness depends only on us and on our choices.

What I Can Share with Hosts

After everything I’ve said, I’m afraid I repeat myself, but I always ask that I be advised as far in advance as possible, due to my full daily schedule, so I can receive well;
I like to prepare things with time. Let them tell me what they expect, what they like, what they come to my city to do. Then, I may just accompany them to visit a special place or be available to go out, dine or even lodge them, offering my guests the same comfort I have.
With time we can go out and see new places. Most of all, I want it to be a time filled with good memories for them so they take with them the best image of my country and city.
