*** back to be based in cairo at the moment ***

In the early 2010 , i moved from cairo to luxor because i found the place here more than impressive and of course less crowded and more quite , just i felt more comfortable here and i liked the people here and their simple way of living
I live alone in a 2 room house with a small garden at the west bank beside habu temple about 15 minutes from crossing the Nile infront of luxor temple . However, friends keep coming and going all the time and they may use my place temporarily so the couch is not always available ,at the other hand, you may be lucky to meet some of odd characters at my place:)

my area is quiet,actually i am in the land of quietness itself , all services are available .

I've been told that I'm an easy going person , and I believe that I really know this city/country ,and hence I assume that I have the ability to amuse you , both if you want to see Egypt from a touristic eye or from a local perspective.

I really LOVE smoking.

This part may be a bit offensive so apologizes in advance. I am not a last minute couch hero. I really hate copy and paste messages,couchsurfing.com is not about cutting costs by having free hosts, I am doing this to know interesting, unique people whom it was impossible to meet outside that stunning project , and am expecting that you have similar goals.If you are the type of people who contacts 5 hosters in parallel just to get the most comfortable house, or you are a last minute plan changing backpacker please try not to waste my time, because I already have very few post work hours and my schedule is arranged weeks before.I'll cancel other business meetings ,postponed social duties ,won't do things I'll love to do just to host you,so please respect my time as I respect you.

the house itself , basic is the best word to describe .I am trying to keep a low profile in using Hi-Tech(despite that this is what I am doing for living) .Since I believe that you are someone who does not care for luxury as long as you are using a site like couchsurfing.com , you will probably fall in love with the place.

It doesn't matter if you came during working days or week ends, unless I am visiting my parents in cairo or traveling . I never show any one the door :) but initially 3 days are just fine to me , if you find the place suitable for you , just ask for more and we will see how it will go.
