ABOUT ME
I am a free-spirit. A wondering heart. I love to laugh and learn new things, finding secret places and using all the colors of imagination. I am an artist and a writer. Nature makes me find more courage and peace. I research much about sustainable ways to bring nature and man into more harmony. I have been trying to find a balance between my artistic inclination and my scientific interests in sustainability and environmental studies. The tension between them also makes it an interesting path. For my bachelor, I am researching the link between prose and sustainable development in modern and classic literature.

PHILOSOPHY
I think that hugs and smiles make people happier. That we all deserve a second chance and that we are capable of more than we think.
Life is to give what you have been given. To love more everyday. To reduce prejudices and try to the best of your abilities to make the world a better place. We should strive to love ourselves with honest eyes and continually learn from everyone we meet, be they friend or foe. By being ourselves, we allow others to dare to walk their own path with courage, as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Italy, in Pisa! It was wonderful. A really nice guy with a house right next to the beach. It actually was so nice, that we forgot everything and missed our flight... :)

San Francisco, a house on the beach, amazingly changing time with new tunes and life-long friends.

Ecuador, Cuenca. She had me visit her school and teach art there...

Chile, Valparaiso. He was so kind that when he needed to travel to Santiago for two days, he just gave me his keys and let me stay in his apartment. What a kind soul!

I have been in Iceland while the last Volcano erupted and I missed my last final from the "German Abitur", because the Airport was closed due to the Ash-Cloud. It was a magical adventure, just as Iceland is magical! xxx
