Hi guys, my name is Jeroen, 24 years and I'm from the sweet little city of Arnhem, The Netherlands.
I see myself as a kind, caring, creative person, occasionally a bit goofy aswell. I like to surround myself with
warm, friendly and creative people.

I'm more of a city-guy but really looking forward to explore more of nature. Some of my favourite things to do are cook and eat together, dance, sing (in the shower or out it doesn't matter) play boardgames, watch films, listen to music, read books, party and create fun events.

Living in the city centre of Arnhem together with my flatmate Florian, open for guests until end of march after which I'm planning on traveling myself.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfed with two friends in Italy/Slovenia for a while, lovely experience, also surfed in Zagreb, Croatia, with three friends (two of us were sick at the time :(, ) met some couchsurfers and chilled with them in Arnhem when they visited friends of mine.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm actually kind of a human jukebox, I listen to and enjoy a huge amount of music ranging from funky, soul, feelgood vibes, electronic music, pop music, (folk)metal, folkmusic, worldmusic, pretty much anything really.
I mostly prefer to dance to Dancehall and latin/Island vibes.

Some of my favourite movies are;
The Room, Moonrise Kingdom, Battle Royale, Rocky Horror Picture Show.
Just like my taste in music my taste in movies is really wide aswell, I really like to watch a lot of animation films, japanese or korean cinema, cult films or classic movies.

When reading books I mostly enjoy the classics and stories about dystopian futures, some titles like Brave New World, 1984, Animal Farm, and surrealistic/absurdistic themes also work really well for me, one of my favourite writers is Haruki Murakami.
