ABOUT ME
This is like the 10th version of my profile and I still find this part the most difficult. I'd suggest you just get to know me in person ;)
After some years abroad I moved back to Germany. I'm kind of busy right now writing my Master's thesis, but whenever I have the time I try to travel as I enjoy getting to know different cultures and new people.
PHILOSOPHY
Found that one at a fellow couchsurfer's profile and loved it:
Any experience is a good one and the worst are actually the best, because their lessons stick forever.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Surfing, offering my couch, going to meetings (although I should do that more often...), telling people about couchsurfing and sometimes also making them part of it :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've met great people and some of them are really good friends now...so could it be any better?!
Interests
Travelling! Having a good time with friends and hanging out with them. Partying but also just relaxing with a cup of coffee. Good books. Music. A glass of wine. Way to many TV-series. Cooking. Sports. Psychology. Sneak previews.

Music, Movies, and Books
The shawshank redemption,Into the Wild, Sweeney Todd. The Notebook-yeah I know, very girly.
Incubus, Foo Fighters, Katzenjammer, John Butler Trio, Angus and Julia Stone, The Wombats...
Once I start reading a book I get totally absorbed by it and can hardly really do anything else until I've finished it. But luckily this happens only every couple of weeks/months. So...the Lord of the rings books, Stieg Larson's 'Millennium Trilogy', Jonathan Safran Foer's 'Eating animals',Anne Rice 'The Witching Hour', Audrey Niffenegger-The Time Traveller's Wife, Night Train to Lisbon, the Shadow of the Wind. There are just too many good books to name them all ;)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Mardi Gras in New Orleans.

Teach, Learn, Share
Well, I've been a vegetarian for some years now so I could try to cook something nice; but don't expect too much, even though I like cooking in general I'm not the type of person who stands hours in the kitchen for a single dish ;-)Besides that I'm very keen on learning languages; if you have anything interesting to share in your mother tongue I think it would be great to learn it
