About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm ending my tour of Western Australia and wanting to go out on a good note

ABOUT ME

I'm a traveler at the moment trying to carve out a career for myself in winemaking. Currently have a 1 year work visa here in Australia but need to return home in order to start the next vintage in California. Soooo, need to sell my car asap and then move on up to somewhere in south east Asia for some good times. After that its back to Cali.

PHILOSOPHY

Live with purpose, but don't take life too seriously. And do whatever you like, as long as you're not harming anyone.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I don't! This is my first time using the site!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Haven't officially couch surfed before!

Interests

Wine, beer, and the making of both. I also like cooking, music, reading and generally all sorts of cultural pursuits (especially those designed for pleasure!). Also ride motorcycles, used to wrestle/ practice jujistsu, enjoy the outdoors like skiing, biking, etc. Really there's very little I don't enjoy!

Music, Movies, and Books

Just read Life of Pi, thought that was pretty good. Have really just gotten back into reading. Recently read a free version of Treasurer Island on my tablet... I know random, but for a 19th century novel its pretty good. Movies...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling is up there. I've been to Thailand, Cambodia, Bali, Singapore, Malaysia and now Australia. I also had some amazing times in Uni, starting a social organization there, serving as president and watching it grow to having a major presence there now.

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, obviously I can talk a lot about winemaking. I've also had a career in agriculture in California. I can share my experiences growing up in America and California.
