I can host people in my home in Montblanc, 30 kms away from the city of Tarragona, in Catalonia (Spain).

I'm a friendly person who is interested in many things, mostly in music, education, anthropology, biology and literature. I like to spend time travelling, reading, watching a movie, enjoying nature, cooking or chatting. What I most value in someone is their sense of humor.

I find fascinating to meet people from other countries and learning new languages and cultures. I am open-minded and enjoy a lot long, nonsense chats about science, the sense of life, politics... I would describe myself as a social person: I need to be constantly surrounded by my friends and family (including my dog, Trobat).
I believe in the importance of the self expression and the self confidence.

I have had some hosts at my place when I was living and studying in Barcelona. Now, I have returned to my hometown and am able to host up to 4 people. I think that the best way to travel and really get to know the country you are visiting and its people is to stay as a host in a shared apartment, with someone of the country.

A few summers ago I travelled with an Interrail pass around Europe with a group of friends, and we met a lot of interesting people staying in youth hostels and sharing rooms. It was a great experience, we learned a lot and we found new ways to live. I have also stayed in Berlin via Couchsurfing a long time ago, because I haven't done much traveling since then.

I play the cello and the trumpet, I am constantly listening to music. I love all kinds of it and I enjoy dancing each one of them.

I want to travel around the world and meet people from other countries, and CS is a great way to do it, hosting and going to other people's houses.

Traveling this way you really get in touch with the place you are visiting, and you get to know somebody new (which for me is as important as knowing a new place).

You don't just visit a city as a tourist, but you get to know it deeply with someone who lives there: you really get to know it.

Plus, it is cheaper than staying in hotels!
