I've never been one to enjoy small talk, when asking "How are you?" I honestly hope for an honest answer so we can go beyond our self-imposed barriers and connect in a human level. When asked to write "about me" or answering the typical ice-breaker "What do you do?", this quote by Søren Kierkegaard comes to mind:

“If you name me, you negate me. By giving me a name, a label, you negate all the other things I could possibly be.”
