ABOUT ME

I'm overall a nice person, I love to be generous with everyone and I'm always willing to meet new people. At first I can be a little shy and let others do a bit of the talking, but I connect with people easily and then I can be a real talker. I'm an musican so I can also be kind of dreamy and idealist. I love discussions about almost every subject and love to learn new things from others. Something that really think defines me is my gratitude. I feel everyone needs help in this world and when someone gives it to me I can help feeling extremely grateful for it. If you are nice to me, then you have a friend for life. I consider myself a fighter in almost every aspect of my life, which kind of contrasts with my dreamy attitude, but I am a person of contrasts.

I am also a videogames, fantasy and internet culture freak, but that doesn't mean I spend my days in a closed bedroom. Quite the opposite!

PHILOSOPHY

Si vamos a jugar que sea de verdad, pero que no sea en serio y si vas a hacerme correr el gran sprint acuérdate que en el colegio siempre me escogían el último cuando hacían equipos. No sabes lo que es eso, y por eso eres mejor que yo. Porque yo me odio solo y me quiero en otras personas. Porque soy el chico que salió rana y porque no sé lo que significa una balanza. Porque tengo más que recibir, que lo que tengo para dar, pero seré para siempre en un detalle. Las ideas me vuelan y al perseguirlas me hago viejo, que no sabio, pero al menos aumenta mi colección de dudas, risas, escalofríos y momentos que ponen los pelos de punta. Pinto con música porque no sé hacerlo de otra manera y con ella hago de lo imposible rutina. Las personas que conozco son colores y el amor es el único pincel que me queda sin astillar.

Interests

Music is, indeed, my true passion. As a musician I love all types of music, and I am willing to be surprised by other peoples tastes. I have a band and we've travelled on tour for some time now and I am really used to sleep wherever I can. I also love hanging out with my friends, all types of arts, good conversation, simple things as well as whacky, crazy ones. I enjoy a beer in a bar as well as a crazy trip to anywhere.

Videogames and books have also played an important part in my life.

Music, Movies, and Books

Most people say they like most types of music but, in my case, this is true. I play in a Metalcore outfit from Madrid, with influences that range from As I Lay Dying to The Black Dahlia Murder, Bleed From Within and other modern metal bands. But I also love extremely mellow and moody bands and artists like Ben Howard, William Fitzsimmons, Izal, Love of Lesbian, City and Colour and the like. Those are my most beloved genres, but I also love flamenco, electronic music, some types of rap, pop, rock... I am willing to find people that teach me the secrets of other music I don't even know about!

I also read and watch a lot of movies. I am madly in love with Wes Anderson's Moonrise Kingdom film and others like the first Matrix film, every movie starred by Jim Carrey, Christopher Nolan's Batman, sci fi, and well... a lot! I love fantasy books like the Lord of the Rings, Song of Ice and Fire (the books that inspired the Game of thrones series), Forgotten Realms and the like and also dig historical novels.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach some basic music skills and theory to people willing to learn a extremely tiny bit of everything there is to learn from music. I do not consider myself an expert at all, but I can teach some basics... And learning well, I sure can learn from everyone and everything so bring it on!
