Hi guys, I am an MA student in Istanbul, whose main interests are a variety of sub-disciplines of sociology and anthropology. But don't worry, I won't make you bored by listening to my ideas about structure agency dichotomy all day. I just want to meet new people from different cultures, to help them as to discovering various "layers" of Istanbul and Turkey, and to have a blast throughout my travel or yours. Mostly I will be a host for travellers rather than being a traveller. So I have to say some details. My flat is located in Atasehir, from which transportation to various districts, particularly to Kadikoy, is so easy. You can arrive here from Kadikoy in nearly 30 minutes by bus or in 10-15 minutes by taxi. When you arrive here, probably you will stay in the living room, in which my friendly kitty mostly spends time. She won't disturb you, but if you don't like cats, I wouldn't recommend to stay here, which can be so hard both of you. And you won't be allowed to smoke within the flat. You are supposed to do it only in the balcony.
