About Me

*** Due to my job I will only be accepting CS requests for weekends, so Friday and Saturday night, if you message me for any other days most likely I will not message you back, sorry guys.

Also I am interested in hosting people who want to hang out and have a good time, if you just want a couch with no interest in socialising with me, then please find somewhere else ***

I am Irish guy living in Glasgow (again). I have not done a lot of hosting lately but I want to get back in to it. I have hosted over 200 people over the past few years, and I have really enjoyed it.

PS my house is a little bit out on the east side, about a 30 min walk to the city centre, just to warn you.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I recently moved to Glasgow for a job, after completing my PhD in Ireland. I mainly host people, I have only surfed twice, but hopefully this will change soon

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been hosting people for about 2 years now, and around 250 people have stayed with me! I feel very lucky to have shared so many great moments with people from all around the world

Interests

Interests include playing guitar, keeping fit, all matters related to travel, physics, and having a few pints!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Finishing the Camino de Santiago, a 800 km walking pilgrimage across Spain. Truly life changing.

I also hosted 14 people at once back in Galway, which turned into a crazy all night drinking session. Definetly one I will not forget!
